A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on or before the day of service. We accept major credit cards and cash. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle type and event date.
Time booked is your guaranteed time. If your event runs longer, overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the agreed hourly rate. Please plan accordingly — especially for weddings and large events.
Our vehicles are BYOB friendly. All passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older per Illinois law. We reserve the right to refuse service if minors are found consuming alcohol.
Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Cleaning fees apply for excessive mess. Damage fees are assessed at the cost of repair or professional cleaning.
If a client fails to appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
All vehicles have a maximum passenger capacity set by law. Exceeding the stated capacity is not permitted. Our chauffeurs are authorized to deny boarding to guests beyond the vehicle's legal limit.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via phone or email. Cancellation timelines are calculated from the scheduled start time of your booking.
Full deposit refund. Cancel at least 30 days in advance and receive a complete refund of your deposit with no penalties.
50% deposit refund. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to your event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
25% deposit refund. Cancellations within 8 to 14 days of your event are eligible for a 25% refund of the deposit.
No refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. The full deposit is forfeited.
Subject to availability. We'll do our best to accommodate a date change. Rescheduling requests made 7+ days out are generally granted at no penalty.
Full credit issued. In the case of extreme weather, natural disaster, or government-mandated event cancellations, a full account credit will be issued for a future booking.
